If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,
please promptly return your unstained/unfinished item/s
to us for a full refund of your original purchase price.

We will issue a Return Authorization number via e mail,
along with return shipping instructions.
If you receive an item from us that has been damaged in transit.
Please let us know about the issue.
In most cases, we'll instruct you to
file an insurance claim with the carrier.
In the unlikely event you receive an item from us
that has not been fabricated properly,
you can return the item to us for a replacement
with-in 30 days of time of receipt of item.
At our discretion, we may just have you dispose
of the unit and we'll send you a replacement unit.
If we do need you to return the item,
we'll reimburse your shipping charges incurred to send the
unit back to us and expedite another unit out to you.
We'll also pay for the shipping
to have a new unit shipped back to you.
